Delivery & Returns
1. Delivery
1.1 We aim to despatch all orders within two working days. All shipping
is by Royal Mail recorded delivery for the U.K. For Europe and
International customers parcels will require to be signed for. Larger
parcels over 61 x 46cm x 46cm will be sent by parcel service. If you
return an item for exchange that is in stock then we will despatch your exchange
the next day. Please feel free to contact us if you need further information.
1.2 Delivery charges are as follows:
UK/Channel Islands £4.95
1.3 Timescales for delivery are as follows and are approximate:
UK/Channel Islands – 3 days
2. Returns
2.1 If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please
do not hesitate to return it at your own cost in its original packaging,
within 7 days from the day after receiving the goods. We recommend that
you obtain a proof of postage as we will not accept liability for parcels
lost in transit. In respect of faulty goods, the cost of returning the
goods will be refunded. If you have merchandise you would like
to return or exchange, please return it to:

2.2 When returning goods please enclose a reason for the return,
a copy of the receipt, [the order number,] your name, address, a daytime
telephone number and an email address. Exchanged items will be returned
to you in the timescales detailed in "Delivery" above. No refund
or replacement made in relation to the goods returned will be made until they
are back in our possession.
2.3 If you would like to check the status of your
return or exchange then please contact info@martinandmcqueen.co.uk.
2.4 Credit card
refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. We
will refund shipping charges only if we have sent the wrong item or the item
is faulty.
